A VACATION HOME CLEANING includes the following and can be customized to suit the needs of your property:

• Remove any perishables from fridge
• Washing of bed linens, towels and bath mats
• Make sure all garbage has been removed from home
• Unload dishwasher
• Bathrooms sanitized
• Kitchen spotless
• Straightening of kitchen cabinets
• Living spaces dusted
• All floors vacuumed and mopped

Reoccuring

For every new customer, we begin our cleaning service with an initial clean. This initial clean allows us to clean all areas top to bottom at once. Once this initial clean is completed we can come back weekly, bi-weekly, or every month depending on your cleaning needs at a set rate.

• For weekly and bi-weekly, we put you on a set schedule with the same housekeeper on the same day of the week - each and every visit.
• For monthly, we send the same housekeeper every 4 weeks. The day of the week may vary, but we will always call ahead of time to confirm that our upcoming visit works with your schedule.

One Time Only Cleaning

A ONE TIME CLEAN includes the following and can be customized to suit your needs:

*We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted with an extension duster. We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster.

*Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.

*It is presumed the home will be picked up and in order to facilitate heavy cleaning.
